Faith in Politics?
Thank you to all who joined us for an exciting new development in CSM's work. Instead of our annual Tawney Lecture we held the first Tawney Dialogue to stimulate thought and debate amongst CSM and our friends.
With around 200 people attending the dialogue was vibrant and stimulating. The theme of the discussion was 'Faith in Politics?' and the main speakers were the Rt Hon Stephen Timms MP (Labour Party Vice Chair for Faith Groups) and Rev Canon Nick Sagovsky (Canon Theologian, Westminster Abbey) who led a discussion on the relationship between faith and social justice.
