Andrew has been a CSM member since 1995 and served the Movement as its Publications Officer (2001-5) and Director (2005-). His previous jobs have included university lecturer in Politics and Theology, civil servant and Church and Society Secretary with the United Reformed Church. He is a regular conference speaker and has written and edited seven books on the relationship between faith and politics. He was a Labour Party candidate in the 2005 General Election.

Cat works part time for CSM as its Office & Communications Manager, a role she has held since 2007. Her previous job was as a Women's Officer in a students' union. She was a Labour Party candidate in the 2007 local elections.
